IPL latest transfer updates
Mumbai Indians announced the signing of Romario Shepherd as they traded the player from Lucknow Super Giants. This was one of the biggest signings by the five-time champions who have found it difficult to compete with the likes of Chennai Super Kings in the recent past. The West Indian bowling all-rounder was invo0lved in just one match for LSG having arrived from Sunrisers Hyderabad at his base price.
LSG saw another major departure as head coach Andy Flower ended his association with the franchise and accepted an offer from Royal Challengers Bangalore. It remains to be seen if RCB's torrid fortunes could have a turnaround under his supervision.

Gautam Gambhir became the latest personal to leave LSG as the two-time IPL winning captain returned to his old stomping ground. Gambhir has joined Kolkata Knight Riders as a mentor and will help KKR rectify their loopholes ahead of the next season. LSG also appointed Sridharan Sriram as an assistant coach.
