Rajasthan Royals Retain ir Core Side As IPL 2025 Retention Deline Nears 

Before IPL 2025 Mega Auction, Rajasthan Royals have reportedly selected players whom y want to retain. y have picked four players as of now, and all of m have delivered impressive performances in IPL 2024 season. As per ESPNcricinfo, Skipper Sanju Samson , opener Yashasvi Jaiswal, all-rounder Riyan Parag and pacer Sandeep Sharma have been elected in retentions by RR.

Given that all IPL franchises can elect six players, from which five would be capped and remaining ones will be uncapped. y can retain ir uncapped players eir via retention or by using Right to Match (RTM) option. Given that RR selected four capped stars, y can elect two uncapped stars via aforementioned process.

However, a couple of notable names were missing from RR's retention list. India's Yuzzvendra Chahal, who is highest wicket-taker in IPL, hasn't been picked by management. Moreover, Jos Buttler, England's limited-overs skipper, is also not on franchise's list of retentions.
