'I'll never forget that message': Ex-KKR skipper euphoric over the text he received from Gambhir

Rana shared reply he received from Gambhir on a message that he sent following his appointment as mentor of KKR. Rana shared screenshot of message which tells following.
“Thanks Nitish for this message. This means a lot. Let’s create something special. re is no better feeling in sport to stand on a podium and win a trophy. Let’s experience that,” Gambhir’s text re.

Gambhir's revert envisaged an incoming glory and months later he and his team attained eminent IPL trophy.

Nitish Rana says KKR's trophy win will always be memorable for him
Nitish also said that winning title with Knight Riders would always be memorable for him.
"I want to share one short story that when GG bhaiya (Gambhir) was named mentor, I sent him a long message as I was really happy. But he replied saying, 'Thank you but I would be happy if we stand at podium with trophy in our hands'. Today is that day and I will never forget that message," Rana told brocasters.

In final, Knights h a straightforward victory, bowling SRH out for 113 in 18.3 overs. y n chased down target with 57 balls to spare.
