Jasprit Bumrah 's reign as .1 ranked Test bowler is over with South Africa quick Kagiso Rabada rising to top. Rabada claims .1 spot on back of strong form for Proteas during ongoing ICC World Test Championship, with right-armer taking his 300th Test wicket during South Africa's recent seven-wicket triumph over Bangladesh in Mirpur. 29-year-old collected nine wickets during that contest to play a major role in Proteas' victory and rose three places to jump past Bumrah, Josh Hazlewood and Ravichadran Ashwin in process to return to .1 ranking for Test bowlers for first time since start of 2019. Rabada first held premier ranking in January 2018 and has been consistently sitting inside top 10 for bulk of time since he relinquished .1 spot in February 2019.

Australia's Josh Hazlewood sits in second place on rankings for Test bowlers as Bumrah (third) and Ashwin (fourth) lose ground, while Pakistan spinner man Ali is a new member inside top 10 after his heroics in third and final Test of his side's recent series against England in Rawalpindi.
