Bad News For New Zealand As Kane Williamson Set To Miss Third Test Against India

New Zealand have absolutely thrashed India in first two tests in three match test series to be first team to defeat India at home in a test series after 12 years. New Zealand have been able to achieve this feat without ir star batter batting for m due to an injury that he is recovering from. It was earlier thought that he might make a return in second test but that was t case. w it has been revealed that Kane Williamson will be missing out on third test too meaning he has t and will t be playing at all in series.  

Kane Williamson All Set To Miss Third Test Against India 

 Senior batter Kane Williamson will miss third Test against India at Mumbai to ensure full recovery from a groin injury ahe of home series versus England, starting from vember 28.

Williamson did t play in first two Tests against India, which Kiwis won to take an unassailable 2-0 le in three-match series.

It also ended India's 18-series winning streak at home dating back to 2012.

final Test of rubber will be played at Wankhede Stium from vember 1.

"Kane continues to show good signs, but isn't quite rey to jump on a plane and join us," NZ he coach Gary Ste said in a media release.

"While things are looking promising, we think best course of action is for him to stay in New Zealand and focus on final part of his rehabilitation so he'll be good to go for England," Ste ded.

" England series is still a month away so taking cautious approach w will ensure he is rey for first Test in Christchurch," Ste said.

series defeat against Black Caps has pruned India's hopes of qualifying for next year's World Test Championship (WTC) final despite still holding on to top spot with 62.82 percent points. 

w, y need to win third Test against Kiwis, and also ensure a series victory over Australia in five-match rubber starting next month.
