The India women's team will be hoping to get their first ever T20 World Cup under their belt as India begin their campaign on 4th October.
As the men's ICC T20 World Cup has concluded the Indian women's team will now be embarking to get the trophy. The Women's T20 World Cup begins on 4th October as India is all set to face off against New Zealand. The match will take place at the Dubai International Stadium in UAE. The most awaited tournament encounter, the match between India and Pakistan will occur on 6th October. The women's team will be in the hopes of copying the success the men's team had after they recently won the men's ICC T20 World Cup.
India's Schedule And Squad For The T20 World Cup
India is a part of Group A and will be starting their group stage campaign with a match against New Zealand. The last group stage match for India will be against defending champions Australia, which will be the biggest task for any country. Australia will be looking to defend their crown and take home the trophy a record sixth time.
