The Indian Cricket Team scripted history as they became the team to score the fastest team fifty in the history of test cricket. The India vs Bangladesh second test match had been delayed for three days due to bad lighting and rain and day 2 and 3 had to be called off without even a bowl being bowled. Finally, on the fourth day, the players got the opportunity to go out and play as Bangladesh continued their batting. Bangladesh finished their innings after scoring 233 runs as Jadeja picked up his 300th wicket to wrap them up. Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal then opened the innings for India.
