'Maximum Utilisation Of My Current Form'- Sanju Samson Opens Up IMPRESSIVE Run Of Form

Sanju Samson opened up on his excellent run of form following his century against South Africa in the first T20I in Durban.

Sanju Samson continued his incredible run of form as he scored a quickfire century in first T20I against South Africa in Durban to take le in four match T20I series. Sanju Samson opened batting for India and scored 107 runs in just 50 balls. His magnificent century consisted of 10 sixes and 7 fours. He h a stunning strike rate of 214 during his batting. His century took India to a total of 202 in 20 overs. South Africa in ir attempt to chase target failed and were all wrapped up for 141. 

Sanju Samson On His Run Of Form 

In his last six competitive games, Sanju Samson has scored three hundreds, including one in Duleep Trophy, and inform India wicketkeeper batter is looking to make hay while sun shines.

Samson's 107 off 50 balls against South Africa, his second T20I hundred in as many matches after his 111 against Banglesh last month, has helped him to partially brush off tag of an underperformer.

"Really enjoyed my time out re in middle. I me maximum utilisation of my current form you can say," Samson said after collecting his player of match award following India's 61-run win over South Africa in first T20I.

Asked about team's gameplan, Rajasthan Royals skipper spoke about intent.

" intent, we have been talking about being aggressive and keeping team ahe of yourselves. Once you play three-four balls you are looking for boundary," said Samson.

Captain Suryakumar Yav With High Praise For Samson 

He kws that he plays a 'high risk high reward game." "I'm t thinking much, sometimes it pays off, sometimes it doesn't. I am happy it worked out well today." Even Samson's skipper Suryakumar Yav spoke glowingly about work put in by player all through last dece.

" amount of hard work he has done in last 10 years, doing boring work, he is eating fruits of that. He was in 90s but still he was looking for a boundary, playing for team and shows character of man and that's what we look for," Suryakumar said.
