Pat Cummins And Co. Gear Up For BGT Series As Australia Announce Squad To Play Against India
Australia have announced their squad for the five match Border-Gavaskar test series against India.

highly awaited Border-Gavaskar test series that is played between India and Australia every year. five match test series is of quite a lot of importance for both teams as finals of World Test Championship are all to play for winner of series. Australia have also anunced a surprise entry into squ to open batting for Aussies. Nathan McSweeney has been called up to squ for first test of BGT series.

Australia have in ir squ picked two uncapped players who will be playing against India. se two uncapped players are Josh Inglis and Nathan McSweeney. Nathan McSweeney will be one who will be opening batting for Australia if picked in playing 11.

Former Australian Captain And Selector Gives Reasons Behind Squ
According to George Bailey who is Australia's selection chair and former captain feels that squ that has been picked for BGT is very well balanced and could perform well.
"Nathan has displayed attributes we believe will equip him well for Test cricket along with a strong recent record in domestic cricket. His performances for South Australia and Australia A weighed in his favour and supports our view he is rey for opportunity at Test level.

"Similarly, Josh has been in great touch in Sheffield Shield competition and deserves his place in his first Test squ. Scott has been a top-level performer when given opportunity at Test level and remains a valued member of squ. squ is balanced and provides Andrew and Pat options required for what shapes as a captivating series," said George Bailey.
