Lord's parking lot to turn into COVID-19 battleground for medical staff support: Report
The Marylebone Cricket Club-owned Lords Cricket Ground will be providing its parking spaces to the medical staff workers in a fight against the coronavirus.

In a fight against coronavirus pandemic, England cricket’s Marylebone Cricket Club (MCC) recently decided to show support by lending parking of Lord’s Cricket Ground for National Health Service (NHS) workers. Apart from lending Lord’s parking lot, MCC will also be providing stor areas of Lord's to United Kingdom’s (UK) Wellington Hospital amidst UK lockdown situation. A senior MCC official recently released a statement that club is intending to utilise as many elements of Lord’s CricketGround to fight against highly contagious coronavirus disease.

In statement, MCC official also said that club has provided 75 parking s of Lord’s to staff of Wellington Hospital, St John's Hospital and several ors. club will also be providing food to City Harvest London in order to feed hungry as UK lockdown continues. According to medical reports from March 30, UK has reported with 1,411 deaths due to coronavirus and over 21,000 cases of coronavirus affected patients so far.
