Mohammad Kaif claims he and L Balaji could have passed the Yo-Yo test in their time
Former Indian cricketer Mohammad Kaif said that he and veteran pacer Laxmipathy Balaji could have passed the To-Yo test had it been available during their time

Laxmipathy Balaji was one of finest pacers to have represented India at highest level even though he could t attain success after some time. With emergence of bowlers like RP Singh, S Sreesanth, Munaf Patel, etc. from 2005 onwards, he could t succeed his cementing his place in national side. However, Balaji's former Indian team-mate Mohamm Kaif says that veteran bowler would have been able to make a successful comeback h 'Yo-Yo' test been me available.

'Could have fulfilled that criteria': Mohamm Kaif
During his recent live Helo Session, Kaif went on to say that fitness is very important for cricketers and if Yo-Yo test was available during ir playing days, n L Balaji and himself could have fulfilled that criteria. He also mentioned that even veteran all-rounder Yuvraj Singh was good eugh to pass that test as well. However, former middle-order batsman also ded he did t reckon that or players could have passed Yo-Yo test.
Balaji has gone on to play for India in eight Tests and 30 ODIs. He h last donned Indian jersey in 2012 ICC World T20. Tamil Nu cricketer has also h a successful IPL career where he has represented various teams like Chennai Super Kings, Kolkata Knight Riders, Kings XI Punjab, etc. veteran pacer is bowling coach of CSK.

What is Yo-Yo test?
