Mohammad Rizwan Sorrowful Over Uncapitalized Chances in Pakistan's Series Loss Against Australia

Pakistan did not stand a chance when y travelled to Australia for a three-match T20I series. visiting side have conceded crucial wins as Australia secured a 2-0 le in white-ball series. Pakistan's fielding in 2nd T20I was a huge point of debate after visiting side me critical errors which derailed chances of levelling series. White-ball skipper Mohamm Rizwan rued over missed chances which eventually costed Men in Green.

At post-match presentation ceremony, Pakistan's new skipper Mohamm Rizwan rued over team's loss at hands of Australia. Rizwan applauded bowlers' efforts but also emphasized that missed chances cost m big-time, which led to team losing 2nd T20I match.

“Bowlers bowled really well. But if you drop crucial catches, it will cost you game. We all know pitch wasn't easy to bat. Catches were crucial,” Pakistan skipper Mohamm Rizwan said.

Pakistan's fielding was in shambles after Salman Agha and Shaheen Afridi dropped catch of Marcus Stoinis, giving him two lifelines. Even Babar Azam dropped Tim David during play.

Speaking of match, 2nd T20I match turned out to be a low-scoring affair at Sydney Cricket Ground after Australia chose to bat first. Openers Jake Fraser-McGurk and Matw Short created a 50-run partnership in three overs, which gave Aussies a potent start. But PAK's Haris Rauf got batter of batters after he took out Fraser . he also dismissed Skipper Josh Inglis for a duck, and Rauf bagged a four-wicket haul. AUS were dismissed at 147 and Pakistan h a solid chance to capitalize on chance. However, visiting side h a poor start and could not withstand AUS bowling domination. batting hit a major snag after Spencer Johnsen heavily derailed PAK's momentum in game by taking a five-wicket haul. Pakistan was limited at 19.4 overs and managed to score 134, falling short of 13 runs from target. Aussies are now leing series and would aim to secure a clean sweep. On or hand, Pakistan will aim for a consolation win at Bellerive Oval.
