Olympic gold medalist Neeraj Chopra shared important vice for Jasprit Bumrah after India's defeat at ODI World Cup final. Chopra, who was at Narendra Modi Stium to watch final live, said that he is a fan of Bumrah because of his unique bowling action. Chopra furr stated that Bumrah probably needs to lengn his run-up to increase his pace.   

“I like Jasprit Bumrah; I find his action unique. I feel he should lengn his run-up to d more pace. As a javelin thrower, we often discuss how bowlers can increase ir pace if y start ir run-up from a little furr back. I like Bumrah’s style," Neeraj Chopra was quoted as saying to Indian Express.

Jasprit Bumrah along with or senior players were rested after ODI World Cup 2024. He missed out on five-match T20I series against Australia that was played after tournament. Bumrah will also be absent from white-ball leg of upcoming South Africa series. He will return to action for two Test matches against Proteas later this month.
