Younis Khan's Take On Babar The Player
Babar Azam finds himself on the same path where Virat Kohli was couple of years back. The daddy hundreds have died up for Azam and he is currently struggling to deliver. The only difference is that Kohli was scoring enough runs but somehow kept on missing out on hundreds. Kohli even delivered with his bat as the skipper of India, but it was the hundred that he kept on missing. Kohli stepped down from as India's all-format captain in the start of 2022.

Former Pakistan skipper and the winner of the 2009 T20 World Cup Younis Khan has suggested Babar Azam to do the same. 'Babar was made the captain of Pakistan when he was the best player of the team. He should focus more on his cricket, that is my only suggestion to him. When the decision of making him the captain was taken, I was there. Performance matters, not captaincy. Look at Virat Kohli . He stepped down as captain and is breaking records. Playing for the country should be the priority', said Younis.
