Preparations underway at Narendra Modi Stadium ahead of fourth Test between Ind and Aus

Ahead of the 4th Test of the Border Gavaskar trophy 2023, preparations are already underway. The match will be witnessed by Prime Ministers of both countries.

With Australia's victory in third Test of Border-Gavaskar Trophy, re is a massive build-up to fourth Test of series. Currently, scoreline stands at 2-1 in favor of India and as it stands India have retained eminent cup. However, with spot in World Test Championship final up for grabs, it is a must-win game for India. It should be ted that Australia have already qualified for WTC final, set to be played at Oval in June. 

Ahead of fourth Test which is scheduled to start tomorrow, March 9, preparations have already gone underway. While India vs Australia has always been a high-octane encounter, scale of matchup has elevated to new heights as Day 1 of Test will feature two special guests. While several thousand will be in attendance at match it will also be witnessed by horable PM of India Narendra Modi and PM of Australia Anthony Albanese.

So, with topmost leadership from both countries set to enter Narendra Modi Stadium, a small ceremony would reportedly take place where both personalities will meet teams and shake hands with m individually. With this, cricketing action will receive extra flair. However, bigger picture is about bottom line of series, which hangs in balance. 

India's WTC Final qualification scenario ahead of IND vs Aus fourth Test

Going into fourth Test, India would have to look for victory and have to register a 3-1 win over Australia. If India man to get victory at Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad n y will book ir spot in WTC final. But, if fourth Test ends in a draw n attention will shift to New Zealand, where Sri Lanka will begin ir final lap to qualify for WTC final. If SL mans to get a 2-0 victory over NZ in series n SL will get ticket to final. scenario will remain same if India loses fourth Test. Anyhow, SL will have to get 2-0 win over NZ to receive any chance of reaching final of WTC final.
