Priyansh Arya: RCB to MI; Teams That Can Target Rising Star in IPL 2025 Mega Auction

Priyansh Arya made a massive statement with his six sixes in an over in a recent DPL match. The 23-year-old has stormed into recognition for the Indian Premier League with his timely heroics. Playing for South Delhi SuperStarz, he not only hit six sixes in an over but also a 40-ball century. With the IPL mega auction round the corner, Priyansh stands a promising chance of making it to a franchise. Priyansh achieved the rare feat during a match against North Delhi Strikers.

TEAMS THAT COULD BID FOR PRIYANSH ARYA

Royal Challengers Bangalore: He would be an ideal fit in the south Indian franchise as they would desperately be looking for a firecracker opener at the top. With his big-hitting ability, he would take a lot of pressure away from Virat Kohli. All that happens if RCB decide not to retain Faf du Plessis. Even if he cannot make the playing XI, he could be bought looking at a promising future. 

Mumbai Indians: Even the MI team has has problems at the top with Ishan Kishan not in good form in the last season. While age in on Kishan's side, it would be interesting to see MI retain Rohit or let him off. Even if he does not get to make the playing XI, he could purely be backed as a future prospect.

Lucknow Super Giants: If KL Rahul is released over which there is much speculation, then, Priyansh may get a bid from the Super Giants franchise. Also, if LSG is looking to revamp the side, Priyansh could be a good addition to the set up.
