Rajeev Shukla clarifies Rahul Dravid won't be sent to Australia post India's Adelaide loss
Rajeev Shukla has made it clear that Rahul Dravid will not be sent to Australia for helping the Indian batsmen after their batting debacle in Adelaide Test

Rajeev Shukla, who is speculated to be in frame to be elected Vice-President of Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), has me it crystal clear that former Indian skipper and current National Cricket Acemy (NCA) he Rahul Dravid will t be sent to Australia to help India’s batsmen for remaining three Tests after ir dismal batting performance in second innings of recently-concluded first Test at elaide Oval.
It so happened that former Indian batsman and chief selector Dilip Vengsarkar h recently (in an interview) urged national cricket board to send Dravid to Australia for helping Indian team and justified that one can guide batsmen better on how to play moving ball in those conditions.

“body will be flown to Australia, our performance in first innings against hosts was good, we even took le but in second innings we collapsed, it happens sometimes, after that all corrective measures have been taken and I think our players are capable of improving performance and y will definitely look at wicket conditions in Melbourne and accordingly a composition of squ will be worked up,” said Shukla while speaking to ANI.
