Ramandeep Singh Makes His Team India Debut in T20Is, Receives Debut Cap From Hardik Pandya
Ramandeep Singh gets his eagerly anticipated India debut against SA. The all-rounder was selected to play against the Proteas Men in the third T20I match.

After shining for Punjab in domestics and KKR at the IPL , Ramandeep Singh gets his much-awaited chance to feature for the Indian National Cricket Team in the T20I format. At the SuperSport park in Centurion, the pace bowling all-rounder received his debut T20I cap and has become the 118th player to represent the national side in the particular format.

Ramandeep Singh Receives Much-Awaited India Call-up, Receives T20I Cap From Pandya
Punjab all-rounder and KKR sensation, Ramandeep Singh, makes his much-awaited India debut against South Africa. The star cricketer found the spot in the 3rd T20I against the Proteas Men at the SuperSport Park Cricket Stadium in Centurion, SA. The all-rounder received his debut T20I cap from another prolific jack of all trades, Hardik Pandya
At the toss, Skipper Suryakumar Yadav revealed that Ramadeep will get pace bowler Avesh Khan's spot in the Playing XI. Given his past performance, the star player is expected to make a mark on his debut T20I match itself. South Africa skipper Aiden Markram won the toss and elected to bowl against India in the third T20I. The four-match series is now level at 1-1. It was the third straight toss won by the Proteas in this series.

Ramandeep Singh is among the stars which the Kolkata Knight Riders retained during the IPL 2025 Retentions. Him and pacer Harshit Rana were among the retained Knights apart from Rinku Singh, Sunil Narine, Andre Russell and Varun Chakaravarthy. For Punjab, the all-rounder has been beneficial at the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, and his side went on to win the title.

Ramandeep flourished under Gautam Gambhir 's mentorship as the as the star all-rounder received ample game time to feature his class. He was one of the key players in the franchise's title-winning run in the 2024 season.
