Ramandeep Singh Makes His Team India Debut in T20Is, Receives Debut Cap From Hardik Pandya

Ramandeep Singh gets his eagerly anticipated India debut against SA. The all-rounder was selected to play against the Proteas Men in the third T20I match.

After shining for Punjab in domestics and KKR at IPL , Ramandeep Singh gets his much-awaited chance to feature for Indian National Cricket Team in T20I format. At SuperSport park in Centurion, pace bowling all-rounder received his debut T20I cap and has become 118th player to represent national side in particular format.

Punjab all-rounder and KKR sensation, Ramandeep Singh, makes his much-awaited India debut against South Africa. star cricketer found spot in 3rd T20I against Proteas Men at SuperSport Park Cricket Stium in Centurion, SA. all-rounder received his debut T20I cap from anor prolific jack of all tres, Hardik Pandya  

At toss, Skipper Suryakumar Yav revealed that Rameep will get pace bowler Avesh Khan's spot in Playing XI. Given his past performance, star player is expected to make a mark on his debut T20I match itself. South Africa skipper Aiden Markram won toss and elected to bowl against India in third T20I. four-match series is now level at 1-1. It was third straight toss won by Proteas in this series.

Ramandeep Singh is among stars which Kolkata Knight Riders retained during IPL 2025 Retentions. Him and pacer Harshit Rana were among retained Knights apart from Rinku Singh, Sunil Narine, Andre Russell and Varun Chakaravarthy. For Punjab, all-rounder has been beneficial at Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, and his side went on to win title.

Ramandeep flourished under Gautam Gambhir 's mentorship as as star all-rounder received ample game time to feature his class. He was one of key players in franchise's title-winning run in 2024 season.
