The spinner took the world by storm in 2013 with his incredible variations. The slow left-arm orthodox spinner, spun, quite literally, a victory for the Indian team against the mighty Australians. Despite wanton rumours that this salt of the earth bowler would be a no show, Sir Jadeja didn’t disappoint at all. He took a total of 24 wickets during the home series against the Aussies. The win, in return, bolstered the spirits of the Indian side just when the team struggled.
