Speculations around Rishabh Pant seems to be growing by the day and the latest report claims that RCB may be interested in the wicketkeeper. Now that veteran Dinesh Karthik has thrown in the towel, there would be room to accommodate Pant. A report on a leading daily claims that Pant isn't the first choice to lead the Capitals and is highly likely to enter the auction pool. In the past, there have been several reports claiming that there have been many talks between Pant and the DC management, and the franchise is not looking at him as a captaincy option. The left-hander has been part of the Capitals franchise since 2016 but now things could change. If Pant enters the auction, he could break the bank as a number of franchises would be looking to get a captain.
