After initially objecting, Pakistan's new white-ball captain Muhammad Rizwan has accepted the PCB's new selection policy and will not be able to vote on the playing eleven or the shortlisting of touring squads, according to a board source.

"After discussions with (Pakistan Cricket) Board chairman, Mohsin Naqvi, and senior selector, Aaqib Javed, Riwan agreed to new system where his input in selection process would be strictly visory," a source said.

PCB is also sending national selector As Shafiq with team to Australia for white-ball matches to select playing eleven after speaking with or selectors in Pakistan.
