Rohit Sharma faces backlash for a forgettable outing in practice game

Rohit Sharma was trolled by fans after he was dismissed for a duck in the practice game against South Africa on. He was leading India's Board President's XI.

Rohit Sharma has been selected as an opener for upcoming three-match Test series against South Africa which starts from October 2. While selecting team for longest format of game, chief selector MSK Pras h said that he and selection committee were planning on taking Rohit Sharma as an opener as KL Rahul's poor performances in previous matches have led m to this decision. Pras also ded that  KL Rahul is going through a tough time and needs some time to regain his form.  Meanwhile, it seems that Rohit Sharma's preparations for Test series is t going in his favor as 'Hitman' was dismissed for a duck in practice match.

Rohit Sharma h a forgettable outing as an opener in practice game. He was leing  India's Board President's XI against South Africa at Vizianagaram on Saturday. He was opening innings along with Mayank Agarwal. However, Sharma's comeback to red-ball cricket was t a good one as he could last for only two deliveries and his stay in middle was ended by Vern Philander for a duck. As soon as fans came to kw about it, y came forward and brutally trolled Hitman on social media. Here are some of reactions.

Quinton de Kock stars as South Africa level series at 1-1
