Ind vs Ban: The Indian cricket team is a closely-knit unit. Most of the players have been playing with each other for a number of seasons now and hence the bond and the camaraderie is strong. From pulling pranks to a lot of other things, the Indian cricketers bond well and that is a delight for their fans. On Friday in Chepauk, fans got a testament of that when India captain Rohit Sharma jokingly hit Shubman Gill on his chin in the presence of Virat Kohli . This happened inside the dressing-room. After the incident, Kohli, Rohit and Gill were seen laughing. The clip has surfaced on social space and fans are loving the bond of the players in the Indian cricket team.

Meanwhile, India has bowled out Bangladesh for a paltry 149 taking a 255-run lead.

Resuming on 339/6, India were bowled out for 376 in 91.2 overs with Hasan Mahmud dismissing Bumrah to complete his five-wicket haul (5/83). Bumrah has now picked up 400 international wickets. Earlier, Ravichandran Ashwin 's incredible knock ended on 113, adding 11 runs to his overnight total, while Ravindra Jadeja fell for 86.

Brief Scores: India: 376 in 91.2 overs ( Ravichandran Ashwin 113, Ravindra Jadeja 86, Yashasvi Jaiswal 56; Hasan Mahmud 5/83, Taskin Ahmed 3/55) vs Bangladesh 112/8 in 36.5 overs (Shakib Al Hasan 32; Jasprit Bumrah 3/28, Akash Deep 2/19, Ravindra Jadeja 2/18).

At the time of filing the copy, India had started batting in their second essay and had already lost captain Rohit Sharma and Yashasvi Jaiswal. India are currently 28 for two. Virat Kohli and Shubman Gill are in the middle with India leading by 255 runs. India would hope Kohli and Gill get things back on track after the two early wickets.
