After Rohit h scored his sixth Test century on Saturday, rewned cricketing experts came forward to hail Hitman which included likes of Harsha Bhogle, Sanjay Manjrekar, and Aakash Chopra.
Taking to micro-blogging site, Harsha Bhogle wrote that extremely classy display of batsmanship from Rohit and Rahane has severely dented South Africa's optimism. 'Voice of Indian Cricket' h also hailed Sharma's hard-working fifty earlier.

B light halts play on Day one
third test match between India and South Africa was stopped shortly after tea due to b light and rains, as Rohit Sharma and Ajinkya Rahane frustrated Proteas bowlers. Meanwhile, Rohit Sharma also raced to his sixth Test century, equalling Sunil Gavaskar's record of scoring most number of centuries in a series, Ajinkya Rahane looked poised to get to his ton before b light halted play on Day one at Ranchi. India were at 224-3 when game was stopped with Rohit Sharma on 117 and Ajinkya Rahane on 83.
