Taking a shot at critics, Rohit added ones who claim that surfaces shouldn't be made like y were in Chennai Test should realise that Indian pitches have always been like this and re hasn't been any change. Rohit furr said that every team takes advant of ir home conditions. According to veteran batsman, ne of teams think about m, n why should y think about visiting team.
Rohit pointed out that whole point of having a home/away advant is to make pitches according to home side's preference. Furr taking a jibe at fault-finders, Rohit reckoned that if re's so much outcry over pitches, home/away advant should be eliminated and a rule should be made by ICC where a particular kind of pitch should be curated in both home and away games.

Rohit opined that when y tour or countries, hosting team also make ir lives difficult by creating pitches as per ir preference. In end, 33-year old stated that re's need to have so much discussion surrounding pitches. According to Rohit, discussion should be about game, players and ir performances which is understandable but re shouldn't be so much talk about pitch because both teams play on same pitch and side that plays better cricket ends up winning match.
