Rohit sheds light on playing 11 vs Pakistan: 'I don't believe in last minute decisions'

With just a week remaining for India vs Pakistan clash in T20 World Cup 2022, fans cant be more excited. Ahe of what promises to be yet ar exciting clash between two arch-rivals, Team India skipper Rohit Sharma stated that he alrey has a playing 11 in mind for game.

Rohit Sharma sheds light on India's playing 11

While speaking at ICC press conference on Saturday, Team India captain Rohit Sharma explained why he has alrey decided on playing 11 against Pakistan despite over a week remaining for clash. "I don’t believe in last-minute decisions," explained hitman before ding, "We want to keep our boys informed about team selection before so that y can prepare early. I alrey have my XI for Pakistan match. Alrey those players are informed. I don’t believe in a last-minute thing. I want m to prepare well."

While 35-year-old unsurprisingly did t reveal names of players in playing 11 for clash against Pakistan, his remarks did seem to suggest that Mohammed Shami will t play Team India's opener. "I haven’t seen Shami as yet. But I am hearing good things about him. I will gauge him during practice in Brisbane tomorrow," said Rohit. Shami was included in India's T20 World Cup squ as a replacement for injured Jasprit Bumrah.
