India enforce follow-on
After Proteas were bundled out in final over of Day 3, Indian captain Virat Kohli enforced follow-on on Day 4 as y had a massive lead of 326 runs. It worked out well as Ishant Sharma picked up wicket of Aiden Markram on second ball of Day 4 by trapping him plumb in front of wicket. Dean Elgar showed some fighting spirit and was also top-scorer for South Africa in second innings. However, he failed to spend some quality time out in middle as he was brilliantly caught by Umesh Yadav off Ravichandran Ashwin for a 72-ball 48. Even skipper Faf du Plessis and wicket-keeper batsman Quinton de Kock disappointed with bat as y were sent back to pavilion early. Temba Bavuma (38) and Vern Philander (37) were ors who could offer some resistance to Proteas batting line-up as y were bowled out for 189 in 68th over.
