'Roger That': Sachin Tendulkar Shares What It Was Like Meeting Roger Federer At Wimbledon 2024

Sachin Tendulkar has always been vocal about his love and admiration of Tennis legend Roger Federer and the 'God Of Cricket' as it turned out shared some quality time with Roger Federer when the two legends met up with each other at Wimbledon 2024. 

Sachin Tendulkar had received a rousing standing ovation at Wimbledon when he sat in the Royal Box alongside Roger Federer and England cricketers Ben Stokes, Joe Root and Jos Buttler. 

Fans were really excited to see the two legends in Roger Federer and Sachin Tendulkar meet each other and the legendary Indian Cricketer has revealed what it was like meeting Roger Federer at the Grand Slam he won 8 times.

Sachin Tendulkar opens up on his meeting with Roger Federer 

Sachin Tendulkar took to his social media and shared a photo together with Roger Federer. However, Tendulkar did reveal that he had mixed feelings on meeting Roger Federer at the Grand Slam. 

According to Sachin Tendulkar, a part of him still wanted to see Roger Federer play at Centre Court and continue his love story with the iconic grass court grand slam. But Sachin did admit that it was pretty great having a chat with Roger Federer at Wimbledon.

“I had mixed feelings while meeting Roger Federer at Wimbledon yesterday. If someone asked if I wanted to see him play that day, I'd definitely say, 'Roger that!' But having a conversation with him was also equally wonderful," wrote Sachin Tendulkar on X. 

Sachin Tendulkar and Roger Federer have both dominated their respective sports for decades and are considered to be the greatest ever in their respective courts.
