Saha walks off field after getting hit on fingertips, Pant comes in
India's wicketkeeper Wriddhiman Saha walked off the field after he was hit on his fingertips by a delivery from Ravichandran Ashwin. Pant will replace Saha.

India's wicketkeeper Wriddhiman Saha walked off field after he was hit on his fingertips by a delivery from Ravichandran Ashwin. In 26th over, Saha was struck directly on his fingertips and chose to walk off field after physio examined his fingers. India's stand-in wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant has replaced Saha on field, making him second substitute for a player in this session. Earlier, Dean Elgar was retired hurt after he was struck on side of his he by Umesh Yav following which he was ruled out of match and de Bruyn was anunced as his concussion substitute. India have left South Africa reeling in pressure and misery as y reduced visitors to 67-6 after tea on Day three.

As India enforced follow-on for second time in this series, South Africa once again collapsed to might of Indian bowling. Mohamm Shami once again showed why he is best fourth innings bowler as he picked up three wickets in quick succession to get rid of Bavuma, DuPlessis and Hamza to put visitors in trouble. With just six wickets left, South Africa are hoping to somehow edge past India while hosts look to wrap up game as soon as possible, in order to complete 3-0 whitewash.

Umesh's lethal bouncer does trick
Quinton de Kock's b luck as a batsman continued in third Test match at Ranchi. He could only man four runs off six deliveries before being sent back by Yav's unplayable bouncer. It happened in second over of South African innings. On final delivery, Umesh Yav h bowled a short delivery on leg stump line which completely left de Kock clueless while attempting to play it as he was beaten by it completely and ball went straight into gloves of Wriddhiman Saha behind stumps.
