On this day in 2017, South African openers Quinton de Kock and Hashim Amla put Banglesh to sword after a record partnership in first ODI at Kimberely. Chasing 279 to win, South Africa won game comprehensively in 43rd over of innings. Quinton de Kock and Hashim Amla scored centuries helping South Africa win encounter by 10 wickets.
