N Srinivasan to be BCCI man for ICC
Srinivasan was instrumental in India getting its "due share in the committee of nations but things took a nosedive after he was removed from the position. BCCI will strongly press for a revision of India's interest in ICC and it was universally accepted that Srinivasan can play a significant role in furthering the cause. The only issue arising is perhaps the legal hassles due to Lodha recommendation cap of 70-year age to hold office. Briefing the new BCCI members, Srinivasan today said:
"You can’t take away anything from India. One has to recognise that India is sustaining international cricket. We will eventually get our due”.

Meanwhile, BCCI President Sourav Ganguly today informed that: “BCCI is to get $ 372 billion from the ICC in the five-year cycle. It’s a lot heavy at the back end because there are two World Cups - T20 World Cup in Australia and Champions Trophy in India. We want to make sure that we get our due. We’ll work with the ICC and take this forward." Perhaps the moment of the day was when Srinivasan shook hands with former COA chief Vinod Rai and said: "You destroyed BCCI".

Sourav Ganguly had made his priorities clear while he was filing his nomination for the post and said that the condition of first-class and domestic cricket in the country will be his first priority apart from addressing issues related to age-frauds.
