Veteran middle-order batsman Suresh Raina was seen giving keeping practice to youngster Rishabh Pant during a recent net session

Suresh Raina and Rishabh Pant are good friends both on and off field and lately, duo had decided to eng in a net session toger in order to regain ir physical fitness as well as rediscover ir rhythm with bat and gloves (keeping).  It also seems that Pant has taken to nets for very first time after a long gap whereas, Raina has been sweating in nets in past few days.

veteran middle-order batsman had posted a video of him giving some keeping practice to young wicket-keeper batsman who can be seen standing still and moving across in order to catch ball with his gloves. This is supposedly being done in order to make youngster fit and match ready so that he can give his best by standing behind wickets when cricketing action resumes. As per reports, net session was held at a sports complex in Ghaziabad.

Coming back to cricket, Suresh Raina was all set to represent three-time winners  Chennai Super Kings in IPL 2020 that was originally scheduled to get underway on March 29 but has w been suspended indefinitely as of w due to ongoing global pandemic. CSK were supposed to lock horns against defending champions and arch-rivals Mumbai Indians in tournament opener at Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium.
Pant on or hand was retained by Delhi Capitals for 13th edition of cash-rich event. Capitals had finished third last season after losing to eventual runners-up CSK in Qualifier 2. At same time, a new look Delhi franchise (formerly kwn as Delhi Daredevils till 2018 edition) had also made it to playoffs for first time after seven years.
