Ahead of the all-important IND vs SL T20I series, the 'men in blue' have landed in the island nation and are preparing for the upcoming series. The captain of the Indian T20I team, SKY aka Suryakumar Yadav took to his Instagram and posted a story with Rinku Singh and captioned it at with the quote 'Theek hai bat le lena'. This is Suryakumar's humorous way to pull Virat Kohli's leg. Earlier this year, a clip of Virat Kohli and Rinku Singh went viral where the KKR dasher was seen asking for the Chasemaster's bat.

As soon as Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) posted the video on their social media accounts, it went viral. Suryakumar Yadav has now used that video as his point of reference and has posted a cheeky story with Rinku. SKY also added the caption 'God's Plan' to it. Rinku Singh was a part of India's T20 WC squad as a traveling reserve but didn't get a game. Soon after the ICC event he went to Zimbabwe to play a five-match T20I series under Shubman Gill's captaincy.
