T10 League: Team Abu Dhabi launched with Moeen Ali as icon player

T10 League: Team Abu Dhabi will be the eighth team & Moeen Ali will be their icon player. Ex-England coach Trevor Bayliss will be the head coach of the side.

third season of Abu Dhabi T10 is al set to kick-off on vember 14 and will last till vember 24. This edition of league will be bigger than previous two editions.  league is divided into two groups. Group A has Deccan Gliators, Karnataka Tuskers, Bangla Tigers and Delhi Bulls, while Group B consists of rrn Warriors, Maratha Arabians, new team Lahore Qalandars and Team Abu Dhabi.

Team Abu Dhabi has recently been launched in capital city of UAE as  eighth team of league and England allrounder Moeen Ali has been named as ir icon player. Former England coach Trevor Bayliss was anunced as  he coach of team as well. anuncement was me at a colourful function for players’ draft of event on Wednesday evening. Three strong entities namely Abu Dhabi Tourism, Abu Dhabi Sports Council and Abu Dhabi Cricket have come toger to give a new home to T10 League in its third edition and it will be kwn as Abu Dhabi T10 consequently.

All teams can retain a maximum of five players. Maratha Arabians named former England coach & Zimbabwe stalwart Andy Flower as new he coach of franchise. Flower comes after finishing a 12-year stint with England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) for which he was seen in various roles.
