Here's list of five changes to Playing Conditions that ICC has made ahead of T20 World Cup in Australia.

1. Batters returning when caught
new batter will have to take strike when his teammate is out caught even if outgoing player had changed ends with n-striker. Earlier, law allowed n-striker to take strike next ball in case he or she crossed prior to catch being taken.
2. Running out of n-striker
This is one of most eye-catching changes that ICC has made to Playing Conditions. ICC has moved law from 'Unfair Play' section to 'Run out' section. law will allow bowlers to run out a n-striker without thinking about spirit of game in case batter is backing up too much.

3. in-match over penalty
This law will force fielding team to bring an additional fielder inside circle for remaining overs in case y fail to maintain over rate. Teams have already started to follow rule in shortest format and were seen bearing consequences on multiple occasions on y failed to bowl ir overs in scheduled time.

4. Unfair movement by fielding side
fielding side will be penalized in case any of its players are found guilty of unfair and deliberate movement with an intention to distract batter when a bowler is running in to bowl. umpire can w award five penalty runs to batting side in addition to declaring delivery dead.

5. striker’s right to play ball
batters will w be required to keep some part of ir bat or body inside pitch in case y are attempting to play a delivery that is t in playing area. In case a batter goes out of pitch to play delivery, ball will be deemed a dead ball. delivery will also be called a -ball if it is bowled outside pitch and a free hit will be awarded to batting side.
