India players showed great enthusiasm during their latest team bonding where they were involved in a footvolley session at the Chepauk Stadium ahead of 1st Test

Team India players showed great enthusiasm during ir latest team bonding session at Chennai's Chepauk Stium ahe of first Test against England that gets underway on Friday. As players regrouped after quarantine, y decided to involve mselves in a game of footvolley to get into groove.
'A game of footvolley'
In a video posted by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on ir official Twitter handle, players were engd in warm-up and training activities under supervision of India's he strength and conditioning coach Nick Webb and Soham Desai after which y decided to have a footvolley session.

In this session, cricketers were divided into two teams. One team was led by Webb and or by Desai. Virat Kohli & Co. me most of this session and all of m were also seen keeping mselves actively involved as well. video ends with players heing back to team bus.

What was session all about?
Nick Webb said that players who h returned from Australia a couple of weeks ago hardly h any time to train in past two weeks and manment wanted to ensure that y me most of extra outdoor session available to m.
" plan was basically just to get guys out after being stuck in ir rooms for six days (completing mandatory six-day quarantine), being limited to tremills and bikes for last three days. So we wanted to get m out, get some fresh air and get boys moving", he said.

India Vs England: Test series

Kohli on or hand looks to le India to a second straight Test series win against England on home soil. At same time, four-match Test series will also constitute a major part of ongoing inaugural ICC World Test Championship.
