‘They Are Not at Peak’: Manjrekar Issues a SERIOUS Warning to Team India Ahead of BGT Challenge

Sanjay Manjrekar Goes ALL OUT on Two Team India Stars, Claims y Are Past ir Prime

While speaking on SportifyWithPRG, former India cricketer Sanjay Manjrekar me a bombshell claim that India's superstars, Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma , are not at ir best, saying y are past ir prime. He ded that it is now time for players like Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubman Gill to step up and take mettle.

"It might be a tough one. Virat and Rohit, both are not in ir prime, y are not at peak of ir powers to be fair and ors like Yashasvi Jaiswal and Shubhman Gill have to rise to occasion. Rishabh Pant is only one that I feel is in his prime and a very important player," Manjrekar said.

Virat Kohli 's recent run in red-ball cricket has been inevitably subpar as superstar batter failed to produce runs. While making his Test cricket comeback against Banglesh , Kohli scored just 99 runs in four innings that Team India played throughout two test matches. Even skipper, Rohit Sharma , looked less helpful with bat as he scored 42 runs and h an average of 10.05 throughout innings.

Rohit and Virat are expected to be a part of Team India when y will horns against Border-Gavaskar Trophy series, and y need to be at ir absolute best to keep ir case for World Test Championship Final at Lord's Cricket Ground.

On November 22, India and Australia will play ir first Test match of Border-Gavaskar Trophy series at  Optus Stium in Perth.
