Suggesting necessity of a strong coach like Gautam Gambhir to negotiate team's current challenges, Danish Kaneria has demanded a clear and forceful attitude to coaching in Pakistan cricket squ. 

Stressing requirement of responsibility and performance-based leership, Kaneria underlined in an exclusive interview with Republic Media Network need to follow a captain and avoid continuous changes. 

Citing great examples of coaches like Rahul Dravid with Indian squ, he underlined need for good leership and judgement. Kaneria praised Gambhir for his straightforward and open style, stressing in coaching and leership positions need for power and decisiveness. Kaneria told Republic: 

“Everything is taken for granted; that's why downfall of Pakistan cricket has gone through making captains changing captain that will not work to stick to your captain stick with him. 

Okay, I have me him captain for one year. I will ask him. I will ask him to give me an answer after one year. Nobody will touch him you have full support from me, but you need to perform. If you don't perform, you go out, so that's thing you have to make tough decisions. Why if you don't make tough decisions, things will not work.
