Three uncapped Pakistani players have walked out of their first-class teams, insisting they wanted to play for a franchise in the T10 league in Abu Dhabi.

Three uncapped Pakistani players have walked out of ir first-class teams, insisting y wanted to play for a franchise in T10 league in Abu Dhabi, giving a new turn to ongoing tussle between players and Pakistan Cricket Board. Fast bowler Haris Rauf and batsmen Mirza Ehsan Baig and Sohail Akhtar have apparently decided to fly out to Abu Dhabi although board is yet to issue Cs to players for tournament.

"se three players informed ir teams in domestic first-class cricket after national T20 championship that y couldn't play any longer in Quaid-e-Azam Trophy as y were going to play for ir Pakistan Super League franchise, Lahore Qalanders," a well-informed source said.

He said three were planning to fly out to Abu Dhabi and try to play for Lahore Qalanders team, Qalanders in T10 league."Basically all three told ir coaches that y were t interested in red-ball cricket and were white-ball specialists and left ir teams," source said. An official in Pakistan Cricket Board me it clear that while players were free to travel anywhere in world but y couldn't play in T10 league without C from PCB.

"T10 league is an event recognized by ICC so players have to show Cs of ir home boards to play in event," he said. Lahore Qalanders franchise owners were upset when board revoked Cs after initially issuing m to a number of players with reports indicating that orders h come directly from Prime Minister since T10 league h involvement of a lot of Indians. Lahore Qalanders owners feel done in as y entered ir team in T10 league with majority of players from Pakistan. A group of some 12 to 13 players including national team members h also met with PCB's CEO, Wasim Khan during national T20 in Faisalab and conveyed ir concerns to him about players t being given Cs for T10 league which would hit m bly financially.
