''We do a general warm-up to start with, get boys moving after a travel day yesterday and we always try to finish with game. It’s pretty intensive, it’s called 'Turbo Touch''', said Webb.
''It’s an evasive game in which you divide guys into two teams and y try and score in between two goals and idea is that y have only two touches to score and y have to try and eve and try to change up rules of way y can catch and way y play game as we go'', he ded.
Webb also mentioned that re is a little bit of swing involved in softball and refore, one needs to have softer hands because it just provides a little bit more of a challenge for players as y are completing an intensive game. video was posted by Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) on ir official Twitter handle.
