After India's unexpected loss in Cricket World Cup 2019, Supreme Court h appointed Committee of ministrators (CoA) to review India's performance, once skipper Virat Kohli and Chief Coach Ravi Shastri return to country. Reports have emerged with CoA chairman Vid Rai offering some insights into committee's finding. Vid Rai reportedly said, when a team performs bly it is t just captain's responsibility.
