Ahead of the second Test against Bangladesh at the Eden Gardens, the 31-year-old decided to hit the gym in order to maintain his fitness levels. The Team India skipper, who does regular workouts, shared the video in which he is seen exercising in the gym.
In the new workout video, Kohli is seen performing an exercise for the lower abdomen and share the same on his official Instagram account and captioned it 'No days off'. He can be seen hanging on a pull-up bar with straight arms and pulling himself up until his chin passes the bar. The striking feature which has wooed fans is Kohli’s chiselled eight-pack-abs that one cannot take their eyes off easily.

Recently, all-rounder Hardik Pandya also shared a video of himself doing pilates less than six weeks after a back injury.

India Day-Night Test
Recently India beat Bangladesh by the first Test innings played at Indore and by 130 runs. Now the second Test between the two teams will be played in Kolkata from 22 to 26 November. Currently, the Indian team is busy preparing for the Day-Night Test in Kolkata. This will be the first Day-Night Test of the Indian team and the first to be played in India.
