Here is a look at Kohli's post:

This is an ode to a fictional animated character from a new show called 'Super V'' which is based on the Indian captain and it will hit the televisions in India along with 70 plus countries through Star network. Super 'V' is a show about a teenage cricket prodigy loosely based on Kohli who learns his family secret that they are superheroes and tries to do the right thing by taking down Super-Villains and, thereby, saving the world.

Virat's letter

In the letter, he starts off by wishing his younger self a very happy birthday. Kohli says that he knows his younger self must have a lot of questions about his future but refuses to answer all of them as not knowing what was in the store made every surprise sweet, every challenge thrilling, and every disappointment an opportunity to learn. He advises his younger self to not worry about the destination and focus on the journey as it will be 'SUPER'.

He assured his younger self that big things were waiting for him in future and he should make the most of every opportunity that came his way. He asked the 15-year old to not take anything for granted and told him that it was okay to fail as everyone does. He wanted the youngster to promise himself to never give up and always keep trying.

He also advised him to not care about people who dislike him as everyone will not like him. Lastly, he urged him to always believe in himself.

The Indian captain was rested from the ongoing three-match T20I series against Bangladesh as part of workload management. The swashbuckling batsman made the most of the opportunity as he arrived in Bhutan to celebrate his day with none other than his better half, Anushka Sharma. He will be joining the team back for the Test series starting November 14.
