Pakistan fans create huge Virat Kohli sand art in Balochistan

Amid the understandable disappointment of cricket fans following the rain suspension of the Asia Cup 2023 match between India and Pakistan, a fan from the Balochistan province of the neighbouring country, paid tribute to Kohli's brilliance through a remarkable sand art creation on the Gwadar beach. An artist named Sachaan Baloch in Gwadar City crafted a sand portrait of Virat Kohli as a symbol of his admiration for the former India captain.

However, Kohli's performance took a hit on Saturday when India met Pakistan for their opening match of the ongoing Asia Cup 2023. Kohli was dismissed for 4 off 7 balls by Shaheen Shah Afridi. Kohli was not the only one who failed from the top-order as Rohit Sharma, Shreyas Iyer, and Shubman Gill were all dismissed cheaply. Ishan Kishan and Hardik Pandya helped India put on a defendable total with their partnership of 138 runs. However, the second innings got washed out because of rain and both teams were awarded one point each.
