It is also the practice ground for the Mumbai Indians team. As he made a dash for his Lamborghini Urus, the fans followed, creating a dramatic scene.
After a triumphant start to their home season with a 2-0 series win against Bangladesh , Team India is now set to take on New Zealand in a three-Test series, beginning October 16 at the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. Rohit Sharma will lead the charge as India aims for a 3-0 sweep against the Black Caps.
With their sights set on the World Test Championship (WTC) final, India will likely retain the same squad that successfully defeated Bangladesh .
