WATCH: Glenn Maxwell goes full throttle in the nets ahead of IND vs AUS 3rd ODI
Australian cricket team all-rounder Glenn Maxwell has joined the team camp ahead of the third IND vs AUS ODI match to be played in Rajkot.

The Australian cricket team led by Pat Cummins will be aiming to end the three-match ODI series against India on a winning. The Aussies have already lost the ODI series and will look forward to avoid the clean sweep when they take the field against the 'Men in Blue' on September 27. The Kangaroos will also begin their ODI World Cup 2023 campaign against India on October 8.

Glenn Maxwell joins the Australian camp ahead of 3rd ODI against India
Australian cricket team all-rounder Glenn Maxwell missed the South African tour and the first two ODIs against India after he regenerated his ankle injury. However, Maxwell has joined the Australian team camp ahead of the third IND vs AUS ODI match and is practising hard in the nets. Cricket Australia shared a video for the same on their official 'X' handle.
Glenn Maxwell played his last ODI match in March this year against India at the Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai. The Australian all-rounder since then has not featured in any international match for the Aussies and will want to get back his lost touch. Glenn Maxwell scored his last half-century in 50-over cricket in June 2022 and has been dismissed for low scores in his last ten ODI innings.

Can Australia come back strong after a one-sided defeat in the 2nd ODI?
The Australian cricket team was handed a one-sided defeat in the second ODI against India by 99 runs. The Australian bowlers were smashed for a lot of runs in the first innings of the IND vs AUS 2nd ODI match and were handed over a target of 400 runs. The Aussies also struggled with the bat and were not able to chase down the target.

With Glenn Maxwell and Mitchell Starc back in the Australian side ahead of the third ODI match, the Aussies will aim to end the ODI series on a winning note and walk in the ODI World Cup with a boost.
