2019 season of Indian Premier League (IPL) will kick off on Saturday with reigning champions Chennai Super Kings (CSK) taking on Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) at MA Chidambaram stadium.

Fans are anticipating a roller coaster of a ride in 12th edition of tournament, which has over years produced uncountable moments of brilliance with bat, ball and on field.

Ahead of opening fixture, official Twitter handle IPL posted a throwback video of AB de Villiers, who will be representing RCB on Saturday, letting fans kw what is re in offering.

De Villiers will be part of RCB unit aiming to win its first ever IPL title. Bangalore franchise has reached final on three occassions, but on each time, y have come short. 

As for CSK, reigning champions who have won tournament three times, y are hoping to become most successful IPL franchise by winning title for fourth time.
