Rahul's probable elevation at the top will certainly bring Vijay Shankar and Dinesh Karthik into the picture as far as the No.4 slot is concerned.

As the passionate cricket fans will be hoping for a full game, renowned sports statistician, Mohandas Menon has provided a slight relief with the weather update on India-New Zealand contest.

 

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had stated that it was slightly dark but there was no rain as parts of the ground were under cover.

 

Meanwhile, BCCI has also tweeted about an inspection at 10.30 AM local time if there is no further rain.
