This is what has exactly happened to London-based Pakistani fan Muhammad Sarim Akhtar a.k.a 'Angry Pakistani Fan' who grabbed attention during the Worldcup match between Pakistan and Australia where he was seen looking angry and disappointed with his team's performance wearing a frown on his face and hands on hips.

During Wednesday's Pakistan and New Zealand match, a bunch of Pakistani fans were spotted wearing T-shirts featuring Akhtar, displaying their love for his reaction while keeping a disappointed reaction ready for their team. ICC shared the visuals of these fans :

Talking to ICC, the fans revealed that the inspiration behind the T-shirt was his expression which revealed all the emotions they feel throughout the World cup - love, hope, disappointment, excitement.

"This is the universal emoji for dropped catches now," says a fan. Fortunately, Pakistan won the match on Wednesday.

Akhtar reacted to his newfound fandom tweeting his surprise.
