South Africa's wicketkeeper Quinton de Kock pulled off an MS Dhoni-move on the field against Australia with a run-out that left fans open-mouthed. The wicketkeeper got Australian all-rounder Marcus Stoinis run-out in a lightning speed of how India's Dhoni is famous for--throwing the ball at the stumps without looking at the wickets.
It was in the 18th over of the game off Imran Tahir's bowling when Stoinis knocked the ball towards Kagiso Rabada who quickly threw the ball back to de Kock at the striker's end. Following the throw, de Kock grabbed the ball and threw it at the stumps behind him without having a look at it and the ball found its target, sending Stoinis packing.

MS Dhoni has provided the cricketing world with such run-outs before, making it a trademark style of his wicketkeeping. De Kock, in the clash against Australia, recreated the moment with the run-out and earned the admiration of cricketing fans.
South Africa beat Australia by ten runs to sign off their World Cup campaign on a winning note, after having a disastrous run in the tournament, picking up just three victories in nine games. Faf du Plessis (100), Rassie van der Dussen (95) and de Kock (52) helped South Africa reach a 325-run total that the Australians failed to chase down. David Warner (122) and Alex Carey (85) tried to snatch the game away from the Proteas, but fell short by ten runs.
